STING agonist-43

Overview

STING agonist-43 (Compound 67) is a selective STING agonist ( EC 50 : 20.53 μM). STING agonist-43 selectively amplifies cGAMP-dependent STING pathway activation by modulating STING oligomerization. B16.F10 has antitumor activity in a mouse melanoma model. STING agonist-43 can be used for the study of cancer immunity.
