KRAS-IN-41

Overview

KRAS-IN-41 is an inhibitor of KRAS with IC 50 values of <0.01 μM for KRAS G12D and KRAS G12V. KRAS-IN-41 inhibits RAS mutant cell lines, GP2D (KRAS-G12D) and SW620 (KRAS-G12V). KRAS-IN-41 can be used in cancer research.
