Overview

LC-PDin06 is a selective PRDX1 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.042 μM. LC-PDin06, a Celastrol ( HY-13067 ) derivative, shows potent antiproliferative activity against colorectal cancer cells by significantly increasing ROS levels.
