Overview

Alminoprofen (EB-382) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID) of the phenylpropionic acid class. Alminoprofen possesses a dual anti-inflammatory action, by inhibiting both secretory phospholipase A 2 (sPLA 2 ) and COX-2 .
