Overview

CHI3L1-IN-4 (Compound 8) is a Chitinase-3-Like Protein 1 (CHI3L1) inhibitor with a K d of 6.8 μM. CHI3L1-IN-4 significantly reduces glioblastoma (GBM) spheroids viability and attenuates phospho- STAT3 levels by disrupting CHI3L1 pathway. CHI3L1-IN-4 can be used for GBM research.
