Overview

IDO1/TDO-IN-9 (Compound 66) is a potent dual inhibitor targeting indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 ( IDO1 ) and tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase ( TDO ) with IC 50 s of <1 μM. IDO1/TDO-IN-9 inhibits the activity of IDO1 and TDO, blocking tryptophan degradation to kynurenine, restoring immune activity in the tumor microenvironment, and suppressing tumor growth. IDO1/TDO-IN-9 is promising for research of cancers.
