FGFR-IN-22

Overview

FGFR-IN-22 (Compound 23) is a FGFR inhibitor with IC 50 s of 0.631, 1.26, 0.851 and 1 nM for FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3 and FGFR4, respectively. FGFR-IN-22 effectively inhibits cell proliferation that depends on the FGFR1 and FGFR3 signaling pathway. FGFR-IN-22 can be used for cancers such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) research.
