IAM1363

Overview

IAM1363 is a selective, irreversible, and blood-brain barrier-permeable HER2 inhibitor . IAM1363 targets wild-type HER2 and oncogenic HER2 mutants (including exon 20 mutations), with no off-target EGFR inhibitory activity. IAM1363 can be used to study HER2 -driven solid tumors, including colorectal cancer , non-small cell lung cancer , bladder cancer , and breast cancer .
