Overview

GnRH-R antagonist-3 (Compound 37) is a Gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor (GnRH-R) antagonist with IC 50 s of 94 and 275 nM for rat and human GnRH-R, respectively. GnRH-R antagonist-3 can be used for hormone dependent diseases such as endometriosis, breast and prostate cancer research.
