Overview

NFE2L1 activator-1 (Compound 5b) is a potent nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 1 ( NFE2L1 ) activator ( EC 50 = 2.4 µM). NFE2L1 activator-1 effectively resists ferroptosis ( Ferroptosis ). NFE2L1 activator-1 can specifically activate the NFE2L1 signaling pathway to upregulate GPX4, PSMB7, PSMC4 . NFE2L1 activator-1 can be used in cancer research.
