Overview

VARS1-IN-2 (Compound 2901) is a VARS1 inhibitor with a K d of 0.014 µM. VARS1-IN-2 does not alter VARS1 expression either at mRNA or protein level. VARS1-IN-2 exerts anti-prostate cancer effects mainly through interfering VARS1’s tRNA aminoacylation activity but not its expression.
