MI 63

Overview

MI 63 is an activator for p53 , by targeting the MDM2 ( K i is 3 nM). MI 63 inhibits the proliferation of embryonic and alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (ERMS and ARMS) cells ( IC 50 is 0.58 μM in RH36 cells), and induces apoptosis in ERMS and ARMS.
