BG45

Overview

BG45 is a potent HDAC3 inhibitor with IC 50 values of 0.289, 2, 2.2 and ﹥20 μM for HDAC3 , HDAC1 , HDAC2 and HDAC6 , respectively. BG45 selectively targets multiple myeloma (MM) cells and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis .
