Overview

VR23 is a small molecule that potently inhibits the activities of trypsin-like proteasomes ( IC 50 =1 nM), chymotrypsin-like proteasomes ( IC 50 =50-100 nM), and caspase-like proteasomes ( IC 50 =3 μM).
