Overview

BI-847325 is an ATP competitive dual inhibitor of MEK and aurora kinases ( AK ) with IC 50 values of 4 and 15 nM for human MEK2 and AK-C, respectively. BI-847325 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
