Overview

N-Boc-dolaproine ((2R,3R)-BOC-dolaproine) is the amino acid residue of the pentapeptide Dolastatin 10 ( HY-15580 ). Dolastatin 10 inhibits tubulin polymerization and mitosis and has anticancer activity.
