KTX-582 intermediate-2

Overview

KTX-582 intermediate-2 is an intermediate in the synthesis of KTX-582 ( HY-148274 ) and can be used for ADC preparation. KTX-582 is an IRAK4 degrader and inducer of apoptosis with DC 50 of 4 nM and 5 nM for IRAK4 and Ikaros, respectively [1] .
