Overview

3289-8625 is an inhibitor of the PDZ domain of Dishevelled (Dvl) protein ( K d =10.6 μM) and has an inhibitory effect on Wnt signaling. In addition, 3289-8625 can slow the growth of prostate cancer PC-3 cells ( IC 50 =12.5 μM). 3289-8625 can be used in the study of embryonic development and cancer .
