Overview

HEMADO is a potent and selective adenosine A 3 receptor agonist with a K i of 1.1 nM at the human A 3 subtype. HEMADO is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
