Nidurufin

Overview

Nidurufin is a potent cell cycle inhibitor with antitumor activity.Nidurufin induces in vitro cell cycle arrest at G 2 /M transition in the K562 cell line in a concentration and time dependent manner(IC 50 =12.6 μM).
