Cannogenol 3-O-β-gentiobiosyl-(1→4)-α-L-thevetoside (Compound 12) is a cardiac glycoside that can be isolated from seeds of Thevetia peruvian . Cannogenol 3-O-β-gentiobiosyl-(1→4)-α-L-thevetoside shows cytotoxicity against SW1990 and MGC-803 cells ( IC 50 : 9.52 and 7.70 μM).
