Desacetylbufotalin (Bufogenin B; Deacetylbufotalin) is a bufadienolide found in Chinese drug "Chan'Su". Desacetylbufotalin shows strong anti-proliferative activity on the of Hela cells ( IC 50 = 0.01 μM). Desacetylbufotalin can be used for the research of cancer , such as cervical cancer .
