Overview

Y-27632 dihydrochloride is an orally active and ATP-competitive ROCK ( Rho-kinase ) inhibitor (ROCK-I K i =220 nM; ROCK-II K i =300 nM). Y-27632 dihydrochloride shows antiepileptic effects.
