Sempervirine

Overview

Sempervirine is an indole alkaloid isolated from Gelsemium sempervirens with anti-tumor activities. Sempervirine is against sempervirine-sensitive tumor cells with EC 50 values of 2.7 μM, 1.77 μM, and 1.96 μM for Raji, MDA-MB-231 and HeLa cells, respectively.
