Overview

Alloisoimperatorin (Compound 5) is a phytoestrogen that can be isolated from Angelica dahurica . Alloisoimperatorin can induce alkaline phosphatase ( AP ) activity with an EC 50 of 0.8 μg/mL. Alloisoimperatorin can be used in the study of hormone-dependent cancers and the alleviation of menopausal symptoms.
